Global Program Director, Corporate Social Responsibility, SAP
Jennifer Beason is the global program director for SAP Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs focused on accelerating social enterprises to run at their best. For the past decade, SAP has worked diligently to establish trust and add value to the sector enterprise sector through capacity building and procurement with purpose. In her role, Jen manages SAP CSR’s social entrepreneurship strategy, including partnerships and programs that range from inspiring early stage innovation and new ventures, to accelerating and scaling mature non-profits and social enterprises through technology and access to markets.
Prior to managing this portfolio, Jen ran marketing and communications for SAP CSR and was the SAP purpose integration director within SAP’s corporate affairs team. She is an SAP-lifer. Despite the numerous roles she has held at SAP and SAP Labs throughout her career, the highlights have always been—and continue to be—related to seeing SAP’s purpose, to help the world run better and improve people’s lives, in action.
Jen is a University of Iowa graduate and fourth generation Hawkeye with a BA in German and International Business and a certificate in entrepreneurship. Jen and her husband John live in Denver, CO and enjoy fly fishing, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors together.
