
Laura DeFrancesco Ross
Managing Director, Stand Together Foundation
As Managing Director, Programs, Laura works with our Catalyst organizations in Stand Together Foundation’s Catalyst Program, our core offering of high-impact programming and coaching designed for organizations seeking to better understand what growth looks like for their program model. The program’s objective is to cultivate a community of high-performing social entrepreneurs who desire to think differently about how they can increase their impact in the communities they serve.
Laura joined Stand Together Foundation after a nine-year career in finance and professional services, where she was a management consultant and worked with clients on leadership development programs and organizational change initiatives. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a minor in mathematics from Fairfield University and a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Laura is a proud New England native originally from Stratford, Connecticut. She has worked and lived in Bangalore, Jerusalem, and Cholula, Mexico, and she has a passion for adventure travel photography, furniture makeovers, and baking. She and her husband, Jason, live in Springfield with their 2-year-old rescue pup named Carter and senior cat named Zohan.
