Manager, Social Enterprise Lending, RSF Social Finance
Reed Mayfield is passionate about facilitating the flow of catalytic capital to high impact social enterprises. As Manager of Social Enterprise Lending at RSF Social Finance he is responsible for identifying new partners and determining impact and funding alignment. Reed works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to project manage the appropriate capital structures that supports impact and enterprise growth. He has worked with both nonprofits and for-profits with a wide variety of business models. Reed also leads efforts to assess impact for RSF’s $120MM debt portfolio. He currently serves as Treasurer for Bay Area arts education nonprofit Performing Arts Workshop where he co-led the acquisition of another organization and development of new facilities via a New Market Tax Credit structure. Previously, he worked for an asset-building coalition and was a licensed representative for Fidelity Investments. In his free time, Reed enjoys hiking, backpacking, and cycling with friends and family.
